Rice 90% , Water 8%, Salt 2%
Idea Receipe
Prawn Roll (Vietnamese Spring Roll)
500g Prawn (peeled), 100g Rice Vermicelli,
1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce, 3 Tablespoons Bean Sprout,
1 Cucmbre cut into thin strips, Seed removed,
Mint Leaves and Coriander, 1 pack Rose Rice Paper.
1. Boil Rice Vermicelli unit soft, than drain and rinse in cold water and drain, cut into 4cm in length.
2. Cook Prawn in boiling water and add some salt.
3. Soften Rice Paper in warm water a few a time for 10 seconds, Rice Paper become soft.
4. Place mixture on the Rice Paper than fold on one side and roll it up firmly
5. Served with dipping sauce.
